How To Order Online..
We aim to make ordering our products as simple and as straight forward as possible, however if you are new to our site or find yourself in some difficulty, you may wish to use the guide below.

1. Select the products you wish to order

a) Click on the relevant product name on the left-hand side or in the top right corner of this site and this will take you to the information about each product. Click the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the quantity of the product you wish to order. This will take you to the ‘Shopping Basket’ page so you can see what is in your shopping cart.

b) When at the ‘Shopping Basket’ page, if you wish to continue shopping simply repeat the previous step until you have all the items you wish to purchase.

c) If you wish to delete any items from your ‘Shopping cart’ click ‘Remove Item’.

d) Once you have the items you want to buy click on the yellow ‘Checkout’ button.

2. Checkout Stage – (New Customers)

a) ‘Step 1’ - Enter your email address. This is where your order confirmation will be sent.

b) ‘Step 2’ – If you have not set up an account with us before, click on ‘Setup my account’, you will be taken to ‘New Customer registration’ page.

c) On the ‘New Customer registration’ page, you must first create a password that is at least 6 characters long

d) Tell us where you heard about us. E.g. Yahoo, Google, Bent, Maxim etc

e) Next complete the billing/invoice form. The address you give here must match the address that your credit/debit card statements are sent to. If this is the same address that you want your order delivered to tick the box next to ‘Is your delivery address is same as your billing/invoice address?’
Click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

2.1 Checkout Stage – (Returning Customers/Registered site users.)

a) ‘Step 1’ - Enter your email address. This is where your order confirmation will be sent.

b) ‘Step 2’ - Enter your password in the space provided and click ‘Login’.

c) Please enter your Member ID number if you have one, this will help us find your records. If you are unsure about your number or don’t yet have a number please leave this blank.

d) Make sure that the details of your billing and delivery address are correct.

e) Click on the ‘Proceed’ button.

3. Checkout Stage 3 of 4 - (Delivery and Payment Option)
On this page you can see a summary of your order and the delivery address. If any of the details are incorrect click the back button on your browser and make the relevant changes

a) If you are ordering for delivery in the UK, you can select your delivery method; ‘Royal Mail First Class’ (free) or Royal Mail Next Day Delivery (£5.00). Next day delivery is guaranteed on all orders placed before 1pm Monday – Thursday.

c) Click ‘Make Payment’ and you will be taken to our secure payment site.

4. Making Your Payment

Simply fill out your credit/debit card details as requested and click ‘proceed’ to finalise your payment or ‘cancel’ to cancel your order.

When the payment has been finalised you will be automatically redirected back to our site where you will receive confirmation of whether or not your payment was successfully accepted. Please print this page out for your records.
