We can ship orders for our products anywhere in the world. All products are discreetly supplied in plain packaging for your privacy.

For Herbal V :

• Free delivery any where in UK mainland.

For Others Product:

• £4.00 for UK Standard Delivery.
  Standard delivery are normally received within 48 hours after clearance of your payment.
  

Special Next Day Delivery (Signed For):

Special Next Day Delivery is available for an extra £5.00 (£4.00 + £5.00 = £ 9.00) or if your order totals £90.00 or above (excluding p&p), we will send your order via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery at no extra charge.

Orders must be placed before 2pm (Mon-Thursday only) to be guaranteed to reach you the following day.

• Next day delivery is available only to addresses in the UK.
• Special Next Day Delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail to reach the customer by 1pm the next working day (Mon-Friday only).
• All Special Next Day Deliveries require a signature.
• If no one is home to sign for the item, Royal Mail should leave a card explaining where to collect your item or how to get the item redelivered.
• We accept no responsibility for any errors or late deliveries made by Royal Mail.

For Orders Over £90.00 (excluding p&p).

If your order totals £90.00 or above (excluding p&p) and you do not wish your order to be sent via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery, you may choose Standard Delivery during ‘Stage-3’ of the checkout process.

*Important* - if you choose not to have your order sent free Special Next Day Delivery then you agree to take full responsibility should your order be lost in transit - this means that you waiver the right to a refund or replacement should your order not arrive.

For All Products:

• Rest of Europe £10.00
• Rest of World £12.00

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of us receiving full payment.

Please allow 10 working days for delivery to mainland Europe and 15 working days to the rest of the world. Please note that delivery times may vary from country to country.

The recipient of an International shipment outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you the receiver; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

In addition, when ordering from ultimate-herbal, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Ultimate-herbal reserves the right to refuse international shipments at our discretion. In the likelihood that we are unable to ship to your country we will notify you immediately.
